He came out after I saw an Alpha Plumbing ad for sump pump check-up. I am so glad I did – the sump pump was old and not working. Jon was able to replace the sump pump on the spot and showed me how it works, and left me with the sump pump pamphlet in case I needed it. The sump pump was probably as old as the house, and since it was located in a crawl space, I never checked to see if the pump was operating. Alpha and Jon came through!”
