“On October 5, 2024, Alpha Plumbing Limited was contracted to replace the wax rings around the toilets in both the men's and women's bathrooms at Kodo Hibachi and Sushi. During the job, the on-site technician carelessly broke the men's urinal. Despite this being a clear mishandling on their part, they falsely claimed on the invoice that the urinal had been "defective and leaking," which was simply not true. Rather than owning up to their mistake, they took it upon themselves to replace the urinal, an action well outside the agreed-upon scope of work.
To make matters worse, they unnecessarily called in two additional workers, significantly inflating the labor hours. What was initially estimated to be a 3-hour job ballooned into an 8-hour charge on the final invoice. However, their actual time on-site tells a different story. They arrived at 9:15 AM and finished by 4:05 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break, meaning they only worked around 6 hours, not 8 as claimed.
This company demonstrated extremely dishonest practices, not only by inflating the time and cost but also by refusing to engage in any meaningful discussion when confronted. When asked about the discrepancies in the invoice, they were dismissive and evasive, simply advising us to "file a complaint." The entire experience was shady, and it's clear that Alpha Plumbing Limited cannot be trusted to act with integrity or transparency.”

“This is my second time using Alpha Plumbing. My church uses them for plumbing repairs, so I trusted they would give me good service, and they did. The first time was repairing the drain pipe on my main house bathtub. The repair this week was for a leak of the drain pipe on main house toilet. I'm a DIY person, so I went ahead and replaced the wax seal. Well, I was wrong. However, the leak continued and I called Alpha Plumbing. A technician, Jon, came to my house the same morning I called. Turns out the leak was a pin hole in the 3 inch drain pipe. Jon, did an excellent job in making the repair. He had to work in a very tight location between other pipes and electrical wires in the ceiling of my basement. He showed me where the leak was and how he planned to repair it, and he asked my approval before proceeding. I appreciated that. Jon was very courteous. He answered my questions when I asked them. When I called for an appointed, I talked to real person, not some pre-recorded message asking for a call back number.
I am very please with my experience with Alpha Plumbing, both or scheduling and the repair experiences. I will definitely recommend them to my friends who may be having plumbing issues.”

“Brian Key and Bill did an outstanding plumbing service job at my home. They installed a drain pan underneath the water heater. They installed a new hose bib (where none existed before). They also assembled and installed a new utility sink where none existed before. The utility sink installation required them to move the existing water heater (to make room for the utility sink). They drained the water heater, placed a drain pan underneath it, installed a moisture alarm, and rerouted numerous drain lines for the installation.
The job was done professionally, tested, and they cleaned up all the debris from the installation. They easily beat two other estimates and those estimates did not include all the work Alpha Plumbing estimated. Not only did they beat the estimates, but the estimates were provided much sooner than the others. One estimate took a week by email. The other estimate took a day by email. Alpha Plumbing provided estimate on the spot and later in the day emailed the estimate. I definitely recommend them and Alpha Plumbing for any work!”

I appreciate Alpha Plumbing, during a previous visit, Brian told me to contact Kohler because it is one of a few suppliers that provide limited lifetime warranty on parts. I contacted Kohler and provided pictures and explanation of the problem. Kohler sent the replacement cartridges for their pot filler and the repair valve for the shower head (no charge). Jon was able to quickly install the Kohler supplied parts and the labor charges were very reasonable. And the customer service is always excellent. Alpha is my ‘GoTo ‘ plumber (the only plumber I will call). Always cordial, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Alpha Plumbing.”

“Brian was fantastic, as has been the entire Alpha Team experience. Our home was recently renovated and Alpha did all of our water and gas system upgrades. What a great team. Throughout the renovation process they explained things and made sure I was happy with what was being done across the board. Today was a simple black flow test on a pre existing system. All was good. While Brian was sure to check the system that was due, he also did a spot check of the other systems to ensure all was up to date. He identified a system that the county shows (inside the home) as active but was actually removed and moved to a newer system now outside the home . He said he will update the records with the county to ensure they have all the current info correctly an listed as outside. Very polite and was sure to explain things as he was doing them. ALPHA is my plumber of choice going forward for all of my related needs should tey arrise. Just a great team across the board”

“Alpha Plumbing has saved me several times over the years! AP figured out—when a half-dozen other plumbing services could NOT—how to reinstall an air vent connected to the kitchen sink after my kitchen renovation contractor, in 2013, took a shortcut and installed a “cheater” vent. While various plumbers assured me that the cheater vent was a legitimate alternative, I couldn’t understand why my drain required clearing twice a year, especially since I put NO SOLIDS, NO GREASE down the garbage disposal!!! AP took me seriously and (ingeniously) figured out how to reconnect the vent with minimal damage/repair to the kitchen. They used cameras to look into the pipes as far as they could go. Because my house sits on concrete (no basement from which to look up to see the pipes), I still need a plumber to clear my drain every couple of years. We know something is going on with the underground pipes in this almost-50-year-old house, but excavating them will be a major expensive mess—not necessary at this time. Chuck, the owner, knows I don’t trust anyone but Alpha Plumbing to deal with this situation. The people who work there are family and long-term employees. I can’t believe how reasonably priced they are compared to other services! Ethical, caring people. I love AP!!!”
