“While the repair/replacement appeared to go well as I saw the progress a few times during the 4+ hours of work, I was appalled with the “mistaken” attempt to overcharge by over $800 on the total charge versus the contract that I signed in advance with the 1/3 down payment. Fortunately this was resolved quickly with the plumber calling the office and the expected amount due was paid in full.”
