“Jon was a complete professional in servicing my two problems – a toilet bowl that was not holding water with sewage back up coming through my shower drain and replacement of a faulty diverter in another shower. Jon was prompt, communication excellent – he kept me informed every step of the way, explained his whole repair plan for both problems, and the cost was very reasonable. He’s a 5 star rated professional. I would both highly recommend him and give him a reference to my friends and family. People with this type of professionalism are far and few between these days. They have upfront pricing that is reasonable for professional plumbers. I put in a request after hours on a Friday and they were at my door 15 minutes early for my requested appointment on Monday. The master and apprentice kept their work areas clean, and they were all business from arrival to the final handshake and easy payment.
