Yes! We Do Residential Sewer Line Repair and Replacements

That’s the simple answer to your first BIG question. We provide residential sewer line repair frequently—nearly every day. We repair them expertly. We have many different methods to repair them—including the trenchless methods of Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) and pipe bursting. And we’re REALLY SKILLED at doing it.

With our A+ rating from the BBB and frequent Angi’s Super Service Awards, you can trust that we have the skills and expertise needed to repair or replace your sewer line. We offer timely service at an affordable rate and we are a highly reviewed company, so when you work with us, you know we’ll get the job done right.

How Much Will It Cost?

Okay. That’s the next BIG question. Unfortunately, I don’t have a simple answer for that. Cost is based on the length and depth of your sewer, obstructions that must be avoided, where we are digging (if we are digging), any other extenuating circumstances, and how we go about completing the work.

We need to come to your home and look things over in order to provide you with an accurate estimate of the cost. In some cases, we must video locate your sewer in order to provide the estimate. Then we can review the best and most cost-effective method to do the repair.

What About the Warranty?

And that’s your third BIG question. We guarantee our sewer line replacements for 10 FULL years. We don’t prorate that. If there’s a problem due to our parts or workmanship within 10 years we fix it. Completely. Free. You may rest easily knowing that you’ll be covered.

When sewage is backing up into your home and the pipe has failed, broken, or is full of roots, you need your sewer line repaired quickly and with the least impact on your home and property. We specialize in replacing sewer lines in and around the Baltimore and Annapolis Metropolitan area. Our team of skilled operators and mechanics use the latest technologies in order to minimize intrusion to the area in and around your home when providing pipe repairs and replacements.

  • Video Camera Inspections—We can actually inspect the interior condition of a sewer pipe, pinpointing the problem, rather than “poking around.”
  • Excavating Machines—We have a top-of-the-line Case 580SL backhoe for large jobs and a Case CX-36 mini excavator for those jobs that are in tight locations.
  • Trenchless Missiles—We can shoot under sidewalks and driveways, minimizing damage to property.
  • Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP)—We can line your existing pipe with a new resin filled liner that hardens to make the pipe like new with potentially zero digging.
  • Pipe Bursting Machine—We can pull the new sewer line through the old.

Trenchless Sewer—Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Experts

Only a couple companies in the area offer this type of service and we are one of the select few who have the equipment and expertise to handle trenchless sewer pipe replacement. Many of our customers choose this method, especially when the sewer is located under a garden, driveway, porch, or nice/expensive landscaping.

This method minimizes the cost of repairing a large paved driveway or replacing your landscaping and gardens. If there is a cleanout in your home where we can insert the pipe liner we can do it all without digging. The steps are pretty straightforward. First we video inspect and clean the existing sewer pipe to remove roots, dirt, debris, and any potential objects that could disrupt lining.

Next we measure the pipe to determine the exact length of the liner and the amount of resin needed. The lining is then loaded into the inverter, which inserts the lining into the existing sewer pipe. Once inserted the inverter then blows air into the lining to keep it in place while it cures. Once the lining has dried, the calibration tube is removed and the sewer is returned to service.

This type of sewer repair is ideal in historic districts like downtown Annapolis or some sections of Baltimore where disturbing existing landscaping, cobblestone driveways or alleys, sidewalks, or walls requires hard-gained permits and costs thousands of dollars to restore. We leave all those things in place and simply repair the sewer pipe right where it is. To learn more watch the video below:

Trenchless Sewer—Pipe Bursting Experts

Another trenchless sewer replacement method that requires some excavation, we create small access holes where your damaged underground pipe begins and ends. Then, our hydraulic pipe bursting machine pulls new pipe through the old while breaking up the damaged pipe at the same time. The new pipe is now resistant to leaks and root intrusion with a longer life expectancy. Take a look at the following:

This trenchless sewer repair method is ideal for replacing deteriorating pipes or long stretches of damaged pipe line; even through 45-degree bends in the old pipe.
